Hotel SANSEbay is situated in San Sebastián, in the old town, 91 metres from Calle Mayor and 250 metres from Constitución Plaza. Had a very pleasant surprise when we checked in and received an upgrade to a sea view suite on the 5th floor. Lovely large suite with superb views over the bay and beaches. Very clear instructions were provided to drive to the hotel through old town as GPS will take you the wrong way. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location in old town near the marina.

I hadn’t stayed in a hotel this good in a long time. From the moment I arrived, there was an incredible sense of quiet luxury throughout the entire property. Everything was spotless, and the room was outstanding—beautiful design, excellent domotics, and a great shower with perfect water pressure. The breakfast was unbelievable. The lady managing the breakfast area had exceptional attention to detail, and it showed in the quality and presentation of everything. The spa was also very nice, and I only wish I had booked more than just one night. The staff at reception were highly committed, welcoming, and spoke very good English, which made the whole experience even smoother.

Hotel Flysch is located in Zumaia, 22 km from San Sebastián and 49 km from Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site. Very clean and new. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety.

Pensión Peñaflorida is situated in the San Sebastian City-Centre district in San Sebastián, 300 metres from Victoria Eugenia Theatre and 500 metres from Kursaal. Everything exceeded expectations! The place is impeccably clean, centrally located with easy access to everything, and the staff at reception are incredibly friendly and helpful. The value for money is excellent, and the newly renovated rooms are modern and comfortable.

Located just 45 metres from San Sebastian Convention Centre and the Auditorium, Pensión Kursaal offers bright rooms with central heating and free Wi-Fi. San Sebastian is a gem. Pension Kursal is in a wonderful location in the less touristy neighborhood of Gros. 2 minutes from beach, 10 minutes from train and bus station and a quick walk over a bridge to old town. The Staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. San Sebastian is the most expensive city in Spain but well worth it.

Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are offered at the Hotel Eguren Ugarte. This design hotel is surrounded by 130 hectares of vineyards and fields in Alaves, in La Rioja. Everything very good. The only issue was the transparent bathroom door in the room, which didn't close. When traveling with a child, this is certainly an inconvenience.
