The world-famous caves of Altamira, with their prehistoric cave paintings, lie just 5 minutes from the hotel. Free WiFi is provided. We were met by nice and friendly stuff. Check in was comfortable. We were provided by very useful information about the places of interest and nice choice of restaurants for the dinner. It was pleasure to stay in the room with small charming terrace.

The bright, air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Real have satellite TV and some offer sea views. The large bathrooms come with a bathrobe and hairdryer. We got a good deal for a night and was really special. We usually couldn't afford such a place. When we entered our room and saw the view overlooking the bay it was breathtaking. Stunning experience.

Set in Potes, 3.6 km from Santo Toribio de Liebana Monastery, Villa Elena offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 8.4 km from Santa Maria de Lebeña Church. The guest house has family rooms. The location was spectacular with great views of the mountains around Potes, especially from our bathroom window. It was just a short walk from the centre of Potes and so very convenient but in a very quiet and tranquil part of town. The villa itself is a beautiful old house, very tastefully decorated with a light and spacious downstairs sitting area for relaxing. Our room was so comfortable, the bed was lovely and the mattress super comfy. Having a large sofa in there also made it feel very at home. The sunny mirador and spacious bathroom made it feel very luxurious. We didn't have the breakfast but when we came downstairs the following morning, we saw the tables all laid out and servings of fresh fruit for each place setting. So we then kind of wished we had! Our host (we assumed this was Elena) was super welcoming and friendly. All in all, we had a great experience at Villa Elena and we will definitely be back.
