The room had everything we needed and the staff were friendly.

Hotel Eurostars Pamplona has a peaceful setting in Navarra, with wonderful mountain views. The hotel is near San Juan de Dios Hospital, just 2km from central Pamplona. This historic city is famous for its San Fermin Festival. The room was exceptionally large. The layout of the room, actually a suite, was quirky but successful. We enjoyed having enormous windows and a small sitting area. The dining room where we had breakfast was beautiful, and the food excellent. Parking was spacious and easily accessible. We liked the interior design of the public areas, which displayed an unusual selection of materials and furnishings: a modern hotel like no other I have seen.

The Gran Hotel La Perla, right in the heart of Pamplona, was Ernest Hemingway's favourite destination when he visited the city. Everything! So beautiful, clean and quiet. The service was fabulous. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Daily room service plus nightly turndown service. Bathroom was bigger than some hotel rooms we've stayed in. We had a junior suite overlooking the square-perfect!

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. This place was awesom. Fabulous room, fabulous breakfast and oh so welcoming

As with all Spanish locations the restaurant and bar has a very strange schedule being mostly closed. They don’t have a pool but they give the alternative to use a nearby facility for a fee and that’s a bit downsize for a pricy location.

Pensión Buen Camino, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Estella, 45 km from Pamplona Catedral, 43 km from Public University of Navarra, as well as 43 km from University Museum of Navarra. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Really lovely hosts and lovely room and facilities.

Hostal Itzalargikoborda, a property with a garden, is situated in Elizondo, 48 km from Hendaye Train Station, 48 km from FICOBA, as well as 49 km from Saint Jean de Luz Train Station. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. The guest house has facilities for disabled guests. We spent 2 nights at Hostal Itzalargikoborda and also ate both dinners and breakfasts there. The hostal is in a lovely agricultural area near a river about 2 km from Elizondo. There are 4 rooms only. Our room was comfortable with a private bath and good wifi. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming as was her husband. Dinner was excellent both nights. We had a starter, fish and dessert both evenings plus wine. They used to run a small restauarant until shortly before the pandemic, so know how to cook well. Breakfasts were complete--coffee, fruit, breads, yogurt, all served in a glassed in porch overlooking their property. We really enjoyed spending time in this beautiful corner of Navarra and exploring the nearby area, including a long hike in Senorio Bertiz.
