Offering a terrace and views of the river, Au Moulin des Fées is set in Bonlieu opposite Herisson Falls and its hiking trail. Guests can enjoy the on-site snack bar. the waterfall is magnificent and the host was friendly. The house is very well reserved and nicely renovated.

Comfortable spacious room, although some street noise in the room on the street side. Arlette is a lovely host, and prepared a beautiful breakfast for us. We appreciated being able to store our bikes securely in the bike room on the ground floor.

This time we stayed 3 nights, to enjoy the breakfast 3 times 🤤 - In some chambres d'hôtes the hosts can be very … present/pushy. Here, they are very kind, but you have full privacy: if you need them, they're there. - Since our last stay, a wooden sculpture with three monkeys has appeared! We noticed that during the night it was closed, and somehow in the morning it was open again … turns out that the hosts close this every night, "because the monkeys want to sleep too" 😄 We're looking forward to returning again some time 😊

The hosts are friendly and staying at the Moulin is a pleasure (this was our second stay).

Location was stunning - greenery all around, beautiful country house in impeccable condition, renovated and decorated with the most delicate taste. Hosts think absolutely of everything and every detail. The room was incredible, breakfast was even more superb: fresh local products and top quality. We can't recommend it enough!

The Chateau de Villersexel is like a one of a kind charming gîte where you will be accommodated in the fashion of paying guests in a convivial and family atmosphere. Exceptional place! A rare and true fairy tale castle! Extraordinarily kind and welcoming service by the couple behind the castle who were extremely sweet, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!
