The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. At first, the room seemed a bit small for the three of us, so we asked if it was possible to change rooms. We are truly grateful that you moved us to a much more comfortable room. The staff were incredibly kind, and everything was perfect in every way. It was such a shame that we could only stay for one night due to our schedule. We will definitely come back next time.

The Hôtel des Alpes offers 2-star accommodation a 10-minute walk from Lake Annecy and 100 meters away from the train station. The old city, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Very central….only a few minutes walk from the Bus Station. Room was small but that didn’t bother us. The price reflected the size of the room. Everything was very clean. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there is a coffee shop underneath the hotel which was good value for money.
