Great little hotel that's actually so much nicer than the pictures on Booking.com. It's set just a stones throw from the lake with great, free parking just across the road if you havent pre-booked. Friendly welcoming staff who speak far better English than I speak French. Room was big, bright, clean, power shower and totally peaceful. Super comfy bed! 10 minute walk through to the historic centre and 2 minutes to the lake. Dog friendly.

Perfect location for me by the lake, quiet & comfortable… easy walk into the old town (40 minutes) along the edge of the magnificent lake. Excellent breakfast. Super clean & comfortable room. Secure parking behind a gate. Staff very nice & professional. Added bonus is high class restaurant across the street, connected with the great chef Paul Bocuse. I ate there both nights. Phenomenal waiting staff. I really lucked out with this place last minute!

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets. Each kid got a beaver doll, Annecy's symbol, it was very lovely and it was an amazing starter for the kids vacation! Hotel's location is superb.
