The nearest airport is Inverness Airport, 35 miles from Carn Mhor Bed and Breakfast. Hot chocolate sachets in the room! Little things like that are lovely. Heaters and fans in the room were useful too. Adrian was friendly and welcoming. Good selection of books and guides in the breakfast room. Beds were comfy and room was spacious.

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Everything! David and Beate was super nice, even if I made a mistake during reservation they were so kind to find a room for us.

Aviemore rail station is just a 10-minute walk away. Everything was perfect! We were very comfortable at one of the glamping pod. It was really nice, clean and comfy with all the complementaries including the use of their bothy. Ken and Gill are very accommodating, generous and kind! Will definitely book with them again.

Each chalet has cosy and warm bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with sofas and a TV. High Range Chalets were a perfect place to stay while visiting the beautiful Aviemore area. Our Chalet was quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean and exactly as it had been pictured on the website! The chalets are located just outside the centre of Aviemore on a large property that also houses a hotel/lodge. It feels very much like staying at a mountain resort! There is also easy access to beautiful hiking trails just behind the property. High Range Chalets were an excellent base from which to visit the Cairngorm Mountain area. The town of Aviemore is also quite charming a worth a visit. We were extremely happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

The place is very beautifully designed, the breakfast is brought on cute trays and included spamish tortilla and other salty options as well as an amazing porridge. The hostess graciously let us use the breakfast room for other meals when we could not find open-air restaurants. She happily shared many tips including on where to go wild swimming. Excellent location, a block from main street on a beautiful street.
