We got in late, and she sorted us out expertly, and was more welcoming than I have ever experienced before. I would go back just to see her again!

I loved the outside sitting area in front of our room. The breakfast was excellent, making us what we wanted even though it wasn't on the menu. Good location to visit other beautiful spots and plenty of local walks.

The George Hotel's historic exterior hides modern interiors and facilities. The room was clean and warm on a chilly night, bed was comfy, breakfast was very nicely cooked and presented and staff were friendly. Tea making facilities with a biscuit was appreciated and the rom decor was admired.

Located in Tiverton and only 38 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, Bridge Guest House provides accommodation with river views, free WiFi and free private parking. Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this guest house is 500 metres from Tiverton Castle and 35 km from Powderham Castle. Dunster Castle is 43 km from the guest house and Killerton House is 17 km away. Everything was excellent. I appreciated the litttle extras such as complimentary slippers and a bottle of water for drinking.

All the staff were polite & helpful - especially the assistant manager. Our room (number 11) was very clean - so too was the ensuite bathroom - albeit a bit small but that didnt bother us as we didnt spend much time in there! It was a real treat to have breakfast served to us - rather than the usual hotel buffet - so our food was cooked fresh to order & hot when served to our table- oh & there's an excellent choice of dishes for breakfast too. We didnt take dinner at the hotel but the menu looked excellent with lots of choice - inc a vegetarian option every night too. If you're looking for a hotel with traditional values & excellent service you'll not be disappointed.
