On the first floor is Sky Bar, a cocktail bar that encapsulates the style and seduction of Aviator Hampshire, with secluded black leather rocket chairs and relaxing lounge areas. Classic and contemporary cocktails are served against the background of ambient music. What an amazing gem of a hotel. I happened upon the Aviator while looking for somewhere to stay for the British Motor Show. The room was incredible, very clean and stylish (which goes for the whole hotel). The staff were lovely. They upgraded us to a studio room so we could have early check-in, which was so very kind.

The property features garden views and is 28 km from Southampton Guildhall and 29 km from Southampton Cruise Terminal. Sandbanks is 31 km from the bed and breakfast and Poole Harbour is 32 km away. Friendly and hugely welcoming hosts. It was so lovely to meet John and Steph, a real delight. It was great the get some history of the area and excellent recommendations for walks and places to eat. As the other reviews said, the breakfast was also a highlight of our stay. So delicious! And watching the birds whilst having breakfast was just joyful. A real gem of a place, thoroughly recommended to everyone.

Guests can relax in Millers House’s beautiful garden, while Emsworth Rail Station is just a 2-minute walk away. Portsmouth is 10 miles from the property, while Chichester is 9 miles away. Great location- short walk to beautiful Emsworth and it’s picturesque harbour plus close to station for trains into Portsmouth. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean with every luxury you could think of. Breakfast was superb.

Guests at the bed and breakfast will be able to enjoy activities in and around Lymington, like snorkelling, windsurfing and cycling. After a day of hiking, walking tours or pub crawls, guests can relax in the shared lounge area. So quirky and different but spotlessly clean. Owner Toby was so relaxed and hospitable. He makes a fabulous breakfast as well! We booked one room and received a private beautiful sitting room as well. Really a very special place and fantastic location. 2 minutes walk to Harbour and Main shopping street.
