Went for the Black Sabbath concert. Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Made sure we knew how to get to places and alternatives. Breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choices. Room was really comfortable and the location was convenient.

Offering a free fitness centre, Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre is located 200 metres from the Bullring Shopping Centre. Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and positive, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really appreciated the variety of both warm and cold dishes, fresh fruit, orange juice, and even guacamole. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. A special mention goes to the lady at breakfast—she was very friendly and welcoming, which made the morning experience even nicer. The staff throughout the hotel were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.
