A very cosy and clean guest house situated right on the beach. The location could not be better. The owners were very helpful and friendly people who satisfied all our needs. On the ground floor there's a big common kitchen equipped with all the necessary cutterly to prepare a meal. The view from the rooms overlooking the mountain is spectacular. The bus stop (number 16) to Turkish border and to batumi is right out of the door of the house. There is a mini market in the house very convenient for someone to buy the necessary products either to prepare a breakfast or a meal. As you cross the road and go up the hill 100 meters you will encounter a restaurant named 'badu', where one can have a tasty meal with delicious local dishes and reasonable prices. Overall I think that kvariati is a unique and wonderful place to relax and enjoy swimming in the clear sea. What we liked as well is that climate is very mild. Rarely day temperatures go more than 28 degrees Celsius. I do recommend the guest house to anyone wishing to have relaxing holidays.

The shower has good pressure and hot water, air conditioning works well. Wifi is slow at times but so was our mobile. It was nice to have a fridge and kettle. The location is great in the old town, but is very quiet. Only 2 blocks to Piazza Square and 3 or 4 to Europe Square. The yard is very peaceful in the busy city. We did our laundry at no charge which was very appreciated. The owners are very nice.

Stylish, air-conditioned rooms at the Georgia Palace Hotel & Spa feature satellite TV, a minibar and free wired internet. The private bathrooms include a bathrobe and slippers. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.
