The apartment is well located, easy to get to and quiet, since it's a residential area. It's close to the center of town, and easy to get to with a car or taxi. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also loved talking with the other guests who were staying there. It's great value for the money. Timur is very sweet and funny (even if we communicated by google translate). Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

The room is spacious and could accommodate up to four people without additional charge. So many families, couples and solo travelers choose to stay in this guesthouse.
