My husband and I loved our stay with Timur. He was super sweet and helpful. The space is beautiful, very large and comfortable. It has everything you need. We had more than enough room for 2 people. And, we had a private entrance, which was also nice, as we didn't want to bother Timur with our comings and goings. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The bed was super comfy. The apartment is well located, easy to get to and quiet, since it's a residential area. It's close to the center of town, and easy to get to with a car or taxi. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also loved talking with the other guests who were staying there. It's great value for the money. Timur is very sweet and funny (even if we communicated by google translate). Overall, we highly recommend staying here.

Leo was accommodating and granted all our requests on tour. The house is extremely clean and very spacious you can cook your food in their kitchen and you can use their washing machine without additional charges. The room is spacious and could accommodate up to four people without additional charge. So many families, couples and solo travelers choose to stay in this guesthouse. It feels like we are part of their family when we arrive there. We will come back again and Thank you so much Mr. Gua for your patience because of our unending questions ha ha.
