The room is somehow spartan, but very clean and has everything you need. Anna, the hostess is very kind and super friendly. Breakfast is good and rich. Anna speaks German, which was very helpful for us and eased communication.

The breakfast is reallz tasty, The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. The bathroom is clean and the host woman is lovely and friendly. I can really suggest this place to stay. It's not looking to the kazbeg mountain, but the mountains in the other direction are just as impressive and in the morning you have sunlight and the other side not. Also there is dedicated parking next to the guesthouse, that was a big plus.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the stay special.
