Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is situated in the Mtatsminda district in central Tbilisi, 700 metres from Rustaveli Theatre and few steps from Rustaveli Avenue. Good hotel with tasty and varied breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, I was sleeping good, didn’t hear any noise. The location is also good, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! We booked the cheapest room since we only needed a couple of hours of sleep with the family before our flight, and they upgraded us for free because they didn’t want our child to be uncomfortable.)) When we were leaving, a staff member helped us load everything into the taxi. The room was great, everything was clean. I was truly impressed by the hospitality and care we received. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

I had an amazing stay at Giorgi's guesthouse. The check-in / check-out instructions were very clear. Location is very good, close to everything you need. The room was clean and spacious. Communication with Giorgi was perfect. Very good price also. Thank you !!!

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism of this property. Each day our host, Khatunah checked in with us to see what time we wanted breakfast. The food was above normal and all homemade. We got to experience authentic Georgian cuisine with her scrumptious cooking. Khatunah and her family were so helpful, when we arrived at the property to discover we had left money and important documents in Batumi. Her daughter kicked into gear, contacting the previous hotel and arranging for our money to be email transferred to us! We were so concerned and Khatunah said “you are our guests and we will take care of you”. The property was exceptionally clean and I cannot recommend it enough. This will be my go to accomodation when visiting Tblisi again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. !

Set in the Old City part of Tbilisi, 700 metres from Freedom Square, Betlemi Old Town features a city and mountain view. The property has a terrace where guests can enjoy their breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the Betlemi Old Town Hotel. It is ideally located for exploring the old town, in particular the nearby Sulfur Baths. The personal wine tasting by Natalia was also a lovely addition to our trip. She was very helpful and even made us sandwiches to take with us for breakfast when we had an early morning train.

Amazing hotel in the center of Tbilisi ( old town). Staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded for free and there was a guitarists symposium at hotel when we arrived, that was spectacular to watch and we were also given some food for free. Breakfast is really good and fresh. I’d highly recommend this place and I’d be back to this hotel.

The location is good, 15 mins to the main area of old town and it is very quiet at night as the hotel is located off the street. Good place if you have a car. Friendly hosts, they allowed us to leave a bag and collect it a week later.
