Our stay at Boutique Hotel Eco-House was simply wonderful! Everything was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our visit. The breakfast was superb—fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. A special thank you to the hosts, Khatunah and Marlen, who were incredibly hospitable and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even treated us to a traditional Georgian drink, chacha—a truly warm and authentic gesture. This hotel combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuine Georgian hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Set in the Old City part of Tbilisi, 700 metres from Freedom Square, Betlemi Old Town features a city and mountain view. The property has a terrace where guests can enjoy their breakfast. We have stayed here for the first two days of our georgia trip. absolutely great place to be and we had a very nice view of old town from the window as well. Natalia is a great and kind lady who helped us with trips around the city and gave tips for places to visit. Place was clean and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay overall. 10/10

We stayed for 5 days and were very pleased and impressed with the service, as well as the warm attitude and positive spirit of the owners. We highly recommend this hotel , it is located right in the center, and from our room we had a view of the outskirts of Tbilisi as well as a nearby small mountain. We are very satisfied; the room was beautiful, and I truly recommend staying here.
