Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable location in the center of Tbilisi.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality and professionalism of this property. Each day our host, Khatunah checked in with us to see what time we wanted breakfast. The food was above normal and all homemade. We got to experience authentic Georgian cuisine with her scrumptious cooking. Khatunah and her family were so helpful, when we arrived at the property to discover we had left money and important documents in Batumi. Her daughter kicked into gear, contacting the previous hotel and arranging for our money to be email transferred to us! We were so concerned and Khatunah said “you are our guests and we will take care of you”. The property was exceptionally clean and I cannot recommend it enough. This will be my go to accomodation when visiting Tblisi again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. !

My stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was excellent – from the cozy atmosphere to the breathtaking views. The highlight, however, was our host Natalia. She was truly amazing – kind, helpful, and always with a warm smile. She made us feel at home from the very first moment. Thank you, Natalia, for such a memorable experience! I would definitely love to come back.

Hotel is a short walk from the main tourist sites, but also close to the botanic gardens if you want some peace.
