Everything was great from hotel itself, to location and stuff.

The property offers decorated rooms with a balcony or terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout. The hotel was beautiful and all the facilities excellent. Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

The stay was perfect, the location and views were amazing, transportation to Old Town on daily base, with acceptable prices in the restaurant(It's better to reserve the restaurant in advance), but the most amazing was the Staff, good people, attentive and helpful(Special thanks to Nikolas and Katerina)

This is definitely a place you want to come back to – full of comfort, warmth, and the perfect atmosphere for true relaxation.

The all- inclusive program is valid till 24:00 and dining options include Cretan, Mediterranean and international cuisine. A total of 7 restaurants, 6 snack points and 10 bars are available on site. Features include dietary, lactose & gluten-free menus, theme nights and romantic dining next to the seafront. Choice of restaurants and food was exceptional.
