In a garden of bougainvilleas, 50 metres from Skala Beach in Patmos, this hotel offers a pool and a breakfast buffet with local products. Excellent location, walking distance from the port and little shops/the town. Beautiful entryway with blooming flowers, free parking for motorbikes. The building is very clean and well maintained. It combines modern with traditional really well.

This 5-star luxury hotel is situated only a few steps from Grikos beach, in Patmos. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent! Location of the hotel with the private beach was a real treat! Rooms were spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and clean, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool!! Absolutely wonderful!! Staff were friendly and attentive! Conveniently located in the village of Skala, Byzance Hotel is 100 metres away from Patmos Port and 200 metres away from the nearest beach. Beautiful hotel, spotless clean, in a perfect location, a short walk from the ferry port. The receptionist was very friendly, kind & helpful as was the lady who cleans the rooms. Lovely courtyard to sit out in also. The room was perfect, a comfy bed, a spotless bathroom & shower and there was a fridge & a safety box in the room.
