Our stay at Platoni Elite in Rhodes turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had, but not without some unexpected twists. Due to multiple delays and a rerouted flight through Cyprus, we arrived much later than expected—well past 4 a.m.—with two small children. It was an incredibly stressful situation, especially when we were informed that our booking was initially canceled due to our late arrival and the fact that the reception doesn’t operate 24/7. However, everything changed when Stratos, the hotel manager, stepped in. Despite the late hour, he was incredibly empathetic and went out of his way to help us. He provided clear instructions on how we could access our room by leaving the key in a flower pot and even sent us detailed directions. When we struggled to find the hotel in the early hours of the morning, he personally answered a call from our taxi driver and guided us to the location. His willingness to assist, even at 4:30 a.m., shows his commitment to ensuring his guests are well taken care of. Once we finally settled in, we found the room to be impeccably clean and well-organized. The hotel itself is charming, cozy, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in both the room and the overall property made our experience feel special, even after such a difficult journey. Stratos’s kindness and dedication truly made all the difference, turning what could have been a nightmare into a wonderful and memorable stay. I can’t recommend Platoni Elite enough, especially if you value excellent service and a personal touch!

Conveniently situated in the centre of Rhodes Town, Medieval Rose Guest House provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace and free WiFi. Everything was fantastic. The rooms are really clean and have everything you need. The shared bathrooms as well. It is in a great location and the owner is really nice and welcoming. If you're in Rhodes its the best place to stay!!

Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The property was right next to the beach. The hosts were amazing - very energetic and very positive. The size of the room was good. The air-conditioner was perfect. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. It was extremely clean. The biggest strength is still the location.
