The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and always smiling, and the manager clearly runs the place with great care and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovel, fresh and varied every morning, which we really appreciated. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the shore, so you can enjoy the sound and sight of the sea just steps away. They even offer free umbrellas for the beach, which made our days in the sun even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the excellent restaurant located right in front of the hotel. Sitting by the sea while enjoying a delicious meal😄 Overall, Hotel Avra exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run place by the sea!

The sun terrace offers a relaxing setting to get some sun or read a book. Akrotiri’s reception and tour desk will be happy to help out arranging car rentals. They can also give advice on restaurants and help choosing the best trips and hikes in the surrounding area. Everything. It was clean, had kitchen. We also had a great suprise room breakfast which was not included in the price. There was a sea view everything was pefect.

With beautiful views of the scenic bay, Kelyfos Hotel is located 1km from Neos Marmaras in Chalkidiki and 200m from various entertainment facilities including a tennis court, riding facilities and beach bars. The view was absolutely stunning, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcomed. Highly recommended!

The place is really great and they keep renovating/improving facilities every year. Rooms are clean, staff is great, food is tasty, pools have been updated recently. Freddo espresso at the pool bar is probably the best one I had in Greece.
