It’s right next to the famous movie theater and the house of Bouboulina, a Greek female war hero. It was a very easy walk to the port, public bus to the beaches, and shops/restaurants. The villa was perfectly clean and a very modern, comfortable room. The AC was great and I had a small balcony to dry my clothes. The bathroom was very modern with a wonderful shower! As a solo female traveler, I felt so safe here. The owner, Lia, could not be kinder. I can’t wait to come back!

They are equipped with a TV, a mini fridge, a hairdryer and they all have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Nice room with amazing view. The owners and everyone working there are very nice and helpful with everything.

Good basic place to stay in good location. Dmitri is a great host and takes good care of you. Little steep to climb up but good for the value.

Today's owner Mr. Apostolos bought the property in 1985, an abandoned mansion dating back to 1830 where, with much love and passion, he refurbished it according to the style and colors of the island and turned it into a small Paradise. Excellent location. You have everything at hand to walk to the center of town to see the little shops, the beaches. And the hotel is wonderful, the staff is super attentive and makes you feel at home, the room is super clean and spacious, in our case, and the pool area… wonderful to relax and unwind. And the breakfast... super varied, they also make an effort to ensure that you have everything and if you need anything special they will get it for you.

The seafront Spetses Hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the centre and port of Dapia. It includes a restaurant and a beach bar, as well as a variety of rooms to choose from.

Guests can take a dip on the beach in front of the hotel and relax at the sun beds available at the stone-paved terrace.
