The lady who checked me in (I think her name is Danielle, but I may be wrong bc this was almost a month ago now) was just stellar! I arrived early in the morning around 7am, tired out bc I'd been up the entire night, so I wasn't thinking straight. It was like she knew I needed extra help. She told me where I could get breakfast, take my meeting call, wait for my room and did her best to get me a room way ahead of the official check in time. This was so nice and I really appreciated it.
