The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

The rooms (we had a suite) were spacious, very clean, nicely furnished in 80's style, and very comfortable, The pool and jacuzzi great after traveling and the buffet breakfast one of the best I've encountered. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to/from the airport
