This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

An outdoor pool, hot tub and spa with a gym and sauna are offered at this elegant hotel. Each spacious room has a terrace with views over Guatemala City or the surrounding volcanoes. My wife became ill with the flu. I mentioned it at the front desk. Within 15 minutes a crew of medics were in our room taking vitals and providing necessary medicine. A fantastic job by all.

The rooms are new and big, the hotel’s facilities are good and well maintained. The restaurant is fine and the breakfast is great. The location is perfect as Zone 10 seems quite safe and there is a very good shopping center just next to the hotel (accessible by the main entrance) and with a lot of different good restaurants options. If you need to move around Guatemala City or you need to arrange business trips you can arrange everything through the front desk (highly recommended).
