There is also a poolside bar and a bar with a pool table. The location in a natural reserve with a private beach is exceptional. The facilities are very well kept and staff go above and beyond to make your stay in the hotel and experience in Peten a trip to remember. Kevin Guerra from the reception orgsnized fantastic tours for my family, the service providers were excellent.

Casa Maya Itza provides accommodation with a kitchenette, situated in Flores. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This family hotel is excellent they go out of their way to make the clients feel comfortable. The room is simple but very clean There's the possibility of using the kitchen but I used only the fridge. Some people were making lunch and dinner. They are may be too sweet/ kind and I felt awkward that some tourist tend to lack respect. I highly recommend this airbnb. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. You can also see that the whole family participates My dept was in the evening I could stay in their house, even take a shower Thank you and keep the great work

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace had a nice view over Flores. And the restaurant and bakery that are part of the hotel are also great

Their contemporary rustic style and open spaces invite you to relax at the end of the journey and live an amazing environment. They have a small wardrobe, tiled floors and a shared bathroom with free amenities. Most of the rooms have views of the gardens and access to all the hotel amenities too. Beautiful, aesthetically furnished, excellent staff, extremely clean, excellent location that could not be better. Tours offered at great price. Pick up and drop to Flores at reasonable cost was helpful. I think this is the best way to see Tikal. Tikal is such a beautiful place that it would be a pity not to stay within the forest to experience it and Tikal lodge is one of two properties that is within the forest area

Hotel Villa del Lago is located on the island of Flores, right on Lake Peten Itza. It features excellent lake views, in addition to free WiFi.

Each room here is air-conditioned and includes a cable TV, a safety-deposit box and a desk. They also feature a private bathroom with a shower. We had 2 rooms with the lake view. Well, the view is fantastic. We were leaving for Tikal and the sunrise on the lake was breathtaking. The rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The staff packed our breakfast to go which helped get us ready for a day of Tikal exploration. The hotel is 2 minute walk to the "I Love Peten" sign from which most of Tikal tours leave and 10 minutes ride to the airport which the hotel provided a shuttle for. We were very happy with our stay and recommend to any traveler going to Flores and Tikal.
