One of my favourite places to stay from Guatemala. Really close to the centre, beautiful room with such a nice view, even from the bathroom, over the green garden. You can stay here for a beer (from the next door shop) and a chat. The breakfast is not included, but there are great and fair priced options at the on site restaurant. They also have a laundry service. And the staff is great!

The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to make us happy. It’s also a great place to take kids. You can see an active volcano from the gardens at night.

The hotel is famous for hosting events (weddings, parties, etc.) and was busy during our stay. The hotel is very close to the public lanchas for crossing the lake. The restaurant and wifi were excellent.

The Regis features a rustic décor, with wooden beams and tiled roofs. The rooms come with colonial-style furniture and have a Cable TV and a seating area. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. We had a beautiful stay here, our room was in the garden, which was so lovely and quiet. The Spa is a real treat with the waterfall and sauna and the staff were all so helpful and lovely. I would definitely return!
