A wonderful building run by a wonderful, welcoming lady. She didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate just fine with the help of google translate. We only stayed one night but this place made us wish we had stayed longer. It was beautifully clean, looked nice and had everything we needed. Our train got cancelled so we ended up arriving late around 9pm. We let the host know and she replied immediately that she will wait around for us until our arrival at no extra cost. We are truly grateful for her kindness. She also said we could keep our bags there after check out if we needed but we ended up leaving Heviz in the morning. Great price and location. About 10 mins walk to hot spring lake Heviz. We didn't hear noise from anyone else staying, it's a very peaceful place to be. With great countryside views from the window. I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Heviz!

There are indoor and outdoor pools, a great log sauna (both low temperature aromatic and high temperature Finnish style). We found both the breakfast and buffet dinner excellent. Unlike many hotels, the room can be almost completely darkened with the thick curtains.
