Featuring views of the lagoon, the rooms at Natra Bintan have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Certain rooms have an outdoor whirlpool or views of the garden. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a standing shower. We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

Free shuttle service is provided to this resort from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal. Wi-Fi is accessible for free in public areas. Everything was perfect. We appreciate all of hospitality. Staffs were so kind with warm smile, free pick up transportation from ferry terminal, clean and peaceful location, delicious food, comfy room. We'll certainly come back here to stay longer. We especially love the pool, this is definitely infinity pool!

The Sunrise Yoga and other yoga classes were wonderful, and the spa services exceptional. The staff are simply outstanding! Loved the healthy juices and the comprehensive breakfast buffet. Fantastic views of the sea.
