Rooftop swimming pool is nice. The fragrance from the hotel smells so good. Staff is super helpful. I lost my phone cable and shops were closed already. I had an early tour next day. The staff from the reception was so nice and helped me to charge my phone. So I could be able to contact the guide in the next day.

Very comfortable hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Clean and warm pool! 2 good restaurants in the hotel! The hotel is a little bit tired, but everything is working and looks OK! I think it's the best place in Sandakan, if you wanna stay in the hotel, not in an apartment!
