With a 360-degree view of the city, The Westin Jakarta is located on the top 20 floors of a 304-metre Gama Tower. The room was beautiful and the staff were incredible. The amenities are really something. Food at the hotel is quite expensive but there are lots of places nearby to eat.

Located right in the heart of Jakarta and a 2-minute walk from Senayan Golf Course, Faimont Jakarta offers modern and luxurious city getaway with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access in all... Customer service was amazing. Facilities very clean and the gym is quite big with many equipment. Breakfast was tasty. It is very near to Senayang mall and you can go underground to reach each within 10 min walking.

Beautiful hotel and the breakfast was such a great introduction to Indonesian food! Beautiful room, and the interior design in the hotel was generally beautiful and tasteful. Rooftop pool and bar were also great.

Very smooth check in, very clean hotel, extremely nice and wonderful staff, attached to one of the big malls in Jakarta where you have access to great deal of restaurants, shops, cafes and many more. I highly recommend it.

Surrounded by multinational corporate offices, embassies, luxury shopping malls, and stately residences, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan offers a prime location within the Kuningan business... We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. All the staff members were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff overall were truly brilliant — the real jewel of the place. I’m sure they are guided by a great leader, as the level of service and care was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was truly the best I’ve ever had in my entire life — both in taste and variety. Every single item was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a daily highlight of our stay, with something to satisfy every palate. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. • Rivaldi (Breakfast Restaurant) – Also went out of his way to assist us. Extremely attentive and pleasant. The overall service exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Surrounded by landscaped gardens, the luxurious Shangri-La Jakarta offers an outdoor pool, a pampering spa and award-winning restaurants. Free WiFi can be accessed throughout the property. Take the kid there for a couple day everyonce in a while to hang at the pool. Great food. Awsome staff and good beds.

The room was well-equipped for a business trip, with a washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of space. It was also spotlessly clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selection varied daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each morning!

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff. And when we say friendly, they are genuinely friendly, no fake. Great coffie corner in the lobby. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful hotel.
