We booked this hotel last minute and ended up extending our stay. The rooms are beautiful, we were given a room facing out towards the rice fields, watching the sunrise here was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Indonesian snacks! Bikes on property are free of charge so you can explore the town! We were very sad to leave!

For me , the best accommodation in Java. The owner and his wife are amazing. They have a map prepared for you, as well as a list of places to visit nearby and where to eat. They are willing to explain everything to you and even lend you bikes. I must especially appreciate that they were helpful in our more complicated situation. Nothing was a problem. I would come back here right away. The breakfast was excellent. They also described what it consisted of for us

The staff are the real gem at this property. They are welcoming and helpful. When I was unable to work my ride share app, the young gentleman who drove me on his scooter to the temple so I would make it on time was above & beyond. Thank you. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the firm mattress gave me good sleep. The heated pool was wonderful. Additionally, the suggestions of places to see by Christina were welcome.

A luxury stay in Semarang in the Central Java Region, Hotel Chanti Managed by TENTREM Hotel Management Indonesia features an outdoor pool and a spa centre. We had a really memorable moment in this hotel because as we arrived in the hotel after a long trip from jakarta, one of the tyres became flat. Jay, one of the security/valet team members quickly called me and offered to help with the Tyre change. He event went the extra mile to help me get the Tyre repaired in the nearest SPBU. Afterwards, he helped putting back the original (and how-fixed) Tyre. What impressed me was not that he helped me because anyone will help if I asked them, but rather his quick and proactive thinking, combined with his experience in doing the work. For me this was the true definition of service excellence in hospitality. Throughout the stay I also notice that the service excellence standards for all team members are really high. Well done Chanti for having such a standard. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Semarang.
