Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. Loved every inch of the hotel. The staff were amazing! A special thanks to Priska and Lena, they both along with their teams brought such a glow to the experience.

It was also possible make your own coffee, etc. It also had a nice pool in the sun which I enjoyed using (but wasn't much used by other guests). Everything in the house worked well, from the air-conditioning to the open shower. Breakfast (available for 35K) was quite nice. Staff arranged to have us taken to the train station, 700 meters away, by car for free, which we appreciated given our suitcases.

The room was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for recharging after a few days of physical activities. It was also valentines day and the hotel made special arrangements with my partner to give me a surprise. The facilities and amenities were great, and the location was convenient to explore the bustling parts of the city.

The hotel clearly supports Indonesian culinary for the guests. Amenities were good and we can get water from a dispenser outside the room. It was such a nice service that the guests don't need to ask for water from the hotel as the tap water in Indonesia was undrinkable.

The front desk personnel were helpful, excellent to deal with and spoke English. I arrived early and used their baggage storage prior to the 2pm check in. I was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a room located on the top 17th floor with an amazing view of the city. Being so high up also meant that the room was very quiet with no street noise. The enormous Tunjungan Plaza shopping center with a food court and Hero Supermarket is conveniently located across the street and is a 5 minute walk away using the pedestrian bridge located in front of the hotel. Security was excellent with a 24 hour front desk, key card access for both the elevator and room and a safe provided within the room. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos and larger than expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC unit kept the room nice and cool. The room was spotlessly clean including the bathroom. The shower water was strong and had consistent hot water with shampoo, body wash and toiletries provided. The wi-fi was also fast and consistent. Bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, and sugar packets were provided and replenished if used daily during room cleaning. The mini fridge kept the drinking water cool. I did not eat any meals at the hotel. I found my overall experience to be exceptional and would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Surabaya.
