This is a beautiful old world hotel, with fantastic vintage furniture in beautiful and huge rooms with lovely decor and with all mod cons, and is situated bang in the middle of Surabaya. Checkin is swift and easy, and the staff are well trained and courteous. This is by no means the cheapest high end place in Surabaya but, without a doubt, it is the best value for what you get. And it is the most historical, interesting and the best located hotel. Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.

Some rooms feature a seating area to relax with views of the city. The private bathroom comes with hot and cold shower. Loved every inch of the hotel. The staff were amazing! Singhasari Batu Resort is a 15-minute drive from Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular. It is a 20-minute drive from Kota Baru Train Station and a 30-minute drive from Panderman Mountain. I arrived with my family and got a very good and comfortable room and service. like coming home to a luxurious but very warm atmosphere. Thank you for all the best service that I will never forget, especially to Ms Nadila who gave me a surprise on my birthday. I will definitely come back.

The property itself is stunning and the rooms are quiet and beautiful as well. Food in both restaurants is exceptional. The quality of the spa treatments is really good and last but not least: reception staff is going out of their way to accomodate all of their guests wishes. We had a few special requirements due to changes in our travel plan and John and Anita were ever so helpful and made everthing happen without batting an eye. I would book this hotel again for sure and can not recommend it enough.

The breakfast was amazing with many choices of Indonesian food. The hotel clearly supports Indonesian culinary for the guests. Amenities were good and we can get water from a dispenser outside the room. It was such a nice service that the guests don't need to ask for water from the hotel as the tap water in Indonesia was undrinkable.
