The room was very clean, the bed is comfy, the lake view from the balcony was incredible! The host is extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything. They even provide scooters for the rent (cheaper than other places)

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. It was the second time we stayed at this hotel and this time was everything perfect. We used the executive lounge to get refreshed before the evening and used the gym and pool. Service was as expected and we enjoyed our stay.

It features a large outdoor swimming pool and meeting rooms. prime location ,cozy room, modern swimming pool with sauna, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and lot of choices. Great value for money and good lounge to grab an afternoon tea/coffee
