The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking. The hotel was beautiful. Everything was decorated beautifully. Our room was so big and the beds were nice and comfy.

Set in attractive landscaped gardens, Hotel Kilmore is in the heart of Ireland's Lakeland District, offering comfortable rooms, a restaurant and 2 bars. Cavan Town is a short drive away. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, to be appreciated in rainy days especially. Food in the pub was good, breakfast offered a buffet along wth a menu to choose from, portions were quite satisfying.

In 1,300 acres of country estate, the luxurious Farnham Estate Spa and Golf Resort has a spa with an outdoor infinity pool, forest walkways and an 18-hole golf course. Cavan Town is 3 km away. Excellent value for money.Beautiful spa facilities.The rooms were spacious amd opened out to the forest.The staff were very accommodating.Breakfast is served until 11am and check out is 12 which is later than most places so luch appreciated.Lovely walks on the grounds

This stylish, refurbished 18th-century house is 1 mile outside Cootehill town and has the peaceful Eden Spa, and luxurious bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. The staff and the hotel rooms are great. As usual, if you rent a car it is great to be on the edge of a town/city. Free parking. Quiet area. Nice to walk around, etc.
