Galway
Light and modern, every room at Ash Grove has an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. Guests can relax with a TV and free tea and coffee facilities in the room. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are available upon request at the reception desk. I can highly recommend staying here. The owners and staff are very friendly and the room was very nice and cozy. The breakfast was very nice. You have some different options to chose from the day before and then they make it fresh for you in the morning when you come down to the breakfast room. The location is also great. Its about a 12 min walk to the city center and 10 min maximum to the University. There's also a small supermarket and pharmacy close by. I visited in December 2024 and the Christmas spirit in Galway is amazing.

Great location, lovely cosy bar and restaurant and well appointed bedrooms. Baths in the bedrooms were a welcome addition and there were literally loads of plug sockets for phone charging, hair drying etc. The staff were exceptional and made my friend and I (both female) extremely welcome.
