Located in the heart of Jerusalem, 21st Floor Hotel offers modern self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and panoramic views of the city. The Western Wall is 3 km away. We celebrated our son's Bar Mitzvah with family and stayed in a few units. Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking! I definitely recommend this hotel for its modern design and great hospitality!

Set just 450 metres from the Damascus Gate, Jerusalem Hotel is an elegant 19th-century Arabic mansion. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a garden, bar and restaurant. Great location, very kind and helpful staff, very cool decor - felt very homey and boutique-y!

Located in Ein Kerem village, Alegra Boutique Hotel is 200 metres from the Church of the Visitation. It offers a sauna in its fruit orchard, and luxurious suites with exposed-stone walls. This hotel has been our home away from home in Jerusalem for years now, and it never disappoints! It's located in a quiet area, with a public (and free) parking lot just a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel; I'd suggest to have a car, because while there are a few restaurants nearby, if you want to go to Jerusalem city centre it's the best way. A big bonus of this hotel is the garden, an oasis of calm, beautiful in every season. The services and amenities are excellent and the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel home (thank you so much, we really feel part of the Alegra family!). Our favourite room is in the main building, with direct access to the garden (and when possible, the hotel accomodates our special request, like they did this time), but I can assure you that also the rooms in the building right opposite the street have the same beauty, unique style and another little garden (but guests are always welcome to come to the main building to enjoy the garden and the dining room/coffee corner). I highly recommend, at least one morning during your stay, to indulge in the rich, fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast (Israeli, with salad, bread, cheese, eggs, shakshuka... but you'll also find something if you prefer a sweet treat to start your day) - and the dining room is stunning and full of light, too!

The Logos hotel in Yad Hashmona has a very convenient location between Ben Gurion Airport and Jerusalem, only about 20 minute’s drive away from both. Breakfast is fantastic. Friday brunch, exceptional. The location is beautiful and peaceful. A great place to spend a few days to adjust to time differences, climate etc, before joining any tours. The biblical garden is lovely and educational. Its a peaceful place to rest. A very relaxing, clean and peaceful place.

"Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Stay!" I can't praise this hotel enough for its outstanding service and flexibility! We arrived on the wrong date due to an error in our booking, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us without hesitation. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel immediately welcomed and stress-free. Thank you, Adi, the reception manager who treated us with kindness and over the top service. The hotel itself was fantastic—beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site facilities, including the [pool/spa/restaurant], were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the incredible team. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Their dedication to making our stay perfect was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a genuinely delightful experience.
