The staff was so nice to us, they made us a good deal for an upgrade and we got a beautiful room for much cheaper from the price. It's really a nice hotel and a good location on the beachfront. We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. Best service I have ever got in Israeli hotel, absolutely wonderful team and especially manager Vladimir! He made our vacation totally exceptional. Thank you very much. Also the outlook of the hotel seems to be much better than others in Eilat. Rooms are very cozy, beds are great, bathrooms are spacious and view is wonderful. Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau. Love it and recommend it!
