Experience World-Class Luxury at Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Manesar – Gurgaon. Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The property is very beautiful, and overall the staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff, however, sometimes did not behave in a fully professional way and showed a lack of hygiene—for example, handling the omelet garnishes with their hands before placing them on the plate. Fortunately, with the supervision and guidance of the managers, these issues were corrected. Ms. Prity was exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive, and she acted with great professionalism. My wife is personally very thankful to her. The hotel offered a variety of programs and entertainment, which we truly enjoyed. They even helped me organize a surprise dinner for our wedding anniversary, making it a very special experience for us. The only real issue we had was with the massage and spa. We had booked a couple’s foot massage, but there was no washing beforehand, and we were simply asked to lie down as we were. No change of clothing was provided either, which felt unprofessional and disappointing. Also, from a five-star hotel, one would at least expect several varieties of Indian bread to be available, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would rate it 9 out of 10.

The Pllazio Hotel offers rooftop swimming pool, spa and wellness centre and fitness centre. Exceptional customer service. On my 1st day in India. I went to many ATM, only got through cash twice. However, my US bank emailed me to state I had 5 transactions. I had to contact my bank ASAP. But I could not make international collect call to reach them. I asked the hotel Duty Manager Mr. Suryakant Pandey to help. He kindly used his personal phone to call my bank directly and hold it for more than half a hour to wait for a representative to be available. Finally, I was able to talk to the bank representative. The problem was verified and solved! Very happy with the rarely found excellent customer service from Mr. Suryakant Pandey. His kind help was highly appreciated.
