I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

The food was absolutely delicious, with each meal being thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were superb—always warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. What impressed me most was the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the room. Everything felt polished and pristine, making the entire experience both comfortable and luxurious.

All staff are attentive and dying to help. 2 usb ports. Rain shower was fantastic. TV technician was really helpful and answered all my questions. Breakfast at the Souk. Among the thoughtful touches, tap set at hot so you get instant hot water, phone cable tidy attached, hand soap block placed on it’s side on soap dish so it doesn’t lose integrity. Fast internet.

Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Even if you take the most basic room. It takes like 2 minutes to walk to the Gateway of India. Everything is really stylish, like a mix of modern Ayurveda and Scandi style. There is 3rd wave coffee room service if you wanted to (!!) and a variety of Spa programs like Chakra meditation or yoga private classes or Ayurveda massages are available for like 20-50 USD. The breakfast was incredible and if I’m back in Mumbai again I will rebook it.
