Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. What an amazing experience at the Taj Palace! This was a big treat for us on our Indian travels, and we loved every minute of it. The hospitality is absolutely perfect. They really treat you like family and are very thoughtful with daily gifts they leave in your room. We were welcomed in our room with a birthday cake and balloons for my husband's birthday, and the staff made our stay as comfortable as can be. Big thanks to Dillip, Salman, and Sanjeev, who are a credit to the hotel ! The amenities are absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed the heritage tour to learn about the history of the Taj. It is a magnificent hotel, and we look forward to coming back. It was an unforgettable stay.
