Far enough from town to be quiet and dark, but convenient to everything we wanted. Toby and Anna were the perfect hosts. Toby made sure we knew the Aurora was visible. I would definitely stay again.

The host were incredibly welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed while giving us a space to relax and unwind. The home itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and filled with little details that showed how much care went into creating a comfortable atmosphere . The White House Inn was just perfect for our group trip and I will definitely return. If you’re looking for a place it feels like home away from home this is it.

Country Dream - Langholt 2 is located in Laugardælir, 7 km from Selfoss. It offers free WiFi, as well as a garden and terrace. Guests can also enjoy an on-site hot tub and sauna. One of the best places we’ve stayed in, ever! The place was a dream! I wish we had more than one night, and will definitely come back during northern lights season :) the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the cat Mrs Fluffy too :) clean and big shared bathroom!

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lake view and it did not disappoint. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and how sweet the staff are. They offer a complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate station. The beds were very comfortable and we highly recommend.
