Set on a traditional Icelandic farm, Setberg Guesthouse is located outside of Höfn, a 14-minute drive from the seaside village centre. The place had been renovated, so all of the rooms were exceptionally well done and clean. The kitchen had every necessity you made need for a proper meal. They also had coffee and tea! The location was beautiful and close to hiking and kayaking. Plus, the dog was extremely sweet and gave me the doggie fix we were looking for. Would highly recommend the place!!

Located at the foot of Vatnajökull National Park, Lilja Guesthouse offers accommodation along Ring Road 1 in Flatey. Höfn is 28.5 km away from the property and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon is 51 km... Everything is good in this hotel. Location, cleanliness, and the wonderful view of the glacier from the Room. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. I recommend the hamburger 😀 Very good breakfast.

Boasting panoramic views towards the famous Vatnajökull glacier and the surrounding mountains, Árnanes Country Hotel offers free Wi-Fi. The harbour town of Höfn is only 6 km away. Arnanes was our favorite accommodation during our trip through South Iceland. A beautiful, super cozy cabin with the most beautiful views we've ever seen. The bed was incredible, and the bathroom was super large and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. We can't wait to return.
