Incredibly nice owners, lovely breakfast with selfmade bread. Very cozy place. We had the room in the basement which was very spacious. 1000% a recommendation to go there.

We would have liked to have stayed a bit longer to go on walks and explore the valley. Very good restaurant on site where we booked a delicious dinner and had a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Stóra-Vatnshorn is located 500 metres from the historic Eiríksstadir site and 17 km from Búdardalur village. Remote, cosy, beautiful views. Comfortable - had everything needed.

Exquisitely clean, well equipped, laundry, wonderful breakfast, plentiful WC ratio per guest, two kitchenettes, comfy beds, and excellent views!! My only regret is that I could not stay longer!

The hosts were exceptionally helpful, well beyond what I expected. My wife and I arrived fairly late (8:30 pm), and we found that the bathroom was too difficult to access, given her mobility issues. I had reserved a room with shared bath, but had not considered that the toilet would require several stairs. The host sent us to a nearby hotel that had an easier toilet access, without any extra charge. We were very grateful for this. The facility looked very nice with a superb scenic view.

Offering natural hot springs, free Wi-Fi and an in-house restaurant, this farmhouse hotel is in Iceland’s wild Westfjords. Súdavík village is within a 1-hour drive. A very nice valley, great for walks and hiking, and finding berries . We have been several times here and also enjoyed the dinners and breakfast, all ver good.

Dating back to 1828, this family-run farm in West Iceland offers bright rooms with country-style décor. Facilities include a guest kitchen, TV lounge and terrace with outdoor hot tub. Beautiful guesthouse in a quiet location in nature. Super clean and tidy, actually much nicer than the pictures. Great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, and two very friendly and cute dogs in the yard. :)
