The hosts, Emilia and Maurizio, are the heart and soul of the hotel. Their kindness and the personal touch that they gave to each conversation made for a truly unforgettable experience. They offered useful recommendations and valuable local knowledge that helped us to make the most of the many breathtaking yet accessible mountains, lakes, woods, waterfalls, villages and towns that we visited. The only sad moment we had at this amazing hotel with its incredible hosts, was leaving them behind on the last day of our stay.

Me and my boyfriend had an excellent stay in this Hotel! The room was well decorated and spacious and the bathroom was very clean and organized as well. All of our requests were attended. The ambient of the Spa is soothing and relaxing. The staff is amazing! Specially Laura and Federica from the reception that were lovely and provided us with great information about what to do (even in the bad weather that we got) and Sig.re Nicola from the bar & restaurant who was very kind and sweet and provided us an excellent service during breakfast and dinner. Overall, great experience!
