This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

A garden, disco and large terrace are available. Great location within the city walls of old town Klausen.Food at the restaurant is excellent and there is a playground for kids right beside the terrace of the restaurant. The room is spacious with wheelchair accessible bathroom.

It features a spa and wellness centre, a traditional restaurant, free Wi-Fi and free parking in the garage. Fast check-in, very friendly and helpful reception. Awesome dinner. It's also has a garage with easy access to the elevator for the baggage.

In Fondo centre, Lady Maria has great transport links around town and to Passo della Mendola ski area 6 km away. Its spa includes an indoor pool and Turkish bath.

Guests have indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, plus massage rooms, a sauna and tanning beds. Breakfast is buffet style and the restaurant serves local specialities at lunch and dinner. The service was excellent and very friendly, the room was nice, we ate at the hotel each night, there was a choice of starters mains and sweets, for a set price depending on how many courses you chose, (very reasonable priced, only €21 for full 3 course plus salad/veg) we had salad all three nights along with either a starter or main, 1st night pasta with venison ragu👍then pork wrapped in parma ham 👌lastly pasta with pesto😁 table wine was nice & very reasonable at €12, also loved the pinot grigio, which is my tipple, along with a few limonchello's and aperell sprites. The bar closed at 10pm but you could sit and enjoying your drinks in the lounge until whenever. We was on motorbikes and there was ample parking space in the garage and loads of fabulous roads /passes to go on, we didn't use the spa as we went out on our bikes, I would definatly recommend this as a place to stay.
