Albergo del Duca offers rooms with free WiFi throughout in Como, 250 metres from Piazza Cavour square. The on-site restaurant serves local cuisine. Central location, 10 min from the train station and 5 min from the ferries. Very clean, comfortable, AC worked very well. Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

Khách sạn bên hồ này nằm trong bán kính 2 phút đi bộ từ bến tàu ở thị trấn Varenna. Everything was excellent. Owner lady was very nice and pleasant. Employees were very kind. Room was clean and well maintained, with beautiful lake view. Breakfast was very tasty. I loved it. Location is good, right in front of the ferry terminal, and only 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Varenna-Esino train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Mamma Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's centre, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard. Clean room, great breakfast, nice and kind staff, close to everything so great location. We arrived a bit early and left our luggage, when we came back to check in, the luggage was already in our nice room. Our best stay out of all the 7 days we stayed in Italy.

Alessia's Place is situated in the city centre of Como, 300 metres from Lake Como. Cable Car Como-Brunate is 800 metres from the property, while Como Train Station is 600 metres away. Before we even arrived, we were given instruction on how to navigate upon arriving in the station. We were welcomed by the staff upon arrival at the place and she went through everything with us, provided us with links of the ferry and restaurant etc. I love how clean and spacious the apartment was. The apartment was truly top notch, with just 5 minutes walk to the ferry and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was also very quiet at night and we managed to get a good amount of sleep. This place is exceptional and highly recommended!
