Erica is great, very friendly and helpful, she has good tips for the area and I felt she went above and beyond for us. The location is great for walking into the city centre, it only takes a few minutes and you can also easily walk to the train station (even with luggage). Would definitely recommend.

A continental breakfast including croissants, hot drinks and local produce is served daily. Absolutely lovely. The family that runs this beautiful hotel make guests feel like cherished friends. We opted for dinner with them one evening and it was excellent. The pasta was some of the best I've had in Italy.
