Location was ideal, just a few steps from Piazza Navona. Plenty of restaurants and gelato bars just downstairs from hotel. Bathrooms were modern and no problems with hot water or plumbing. No elevator so need to be able to walk up stairs. Hotel arranged for transportation to and from airport for reasonable price.

The location was excellent, only a 15min walk from Roma Termini, so easy to get there. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the staff— Gina and Thea—were absolutely amazing. Cheerful and helpful, they made us feel genuinely welcome. Our family room was located near the reception, so we occasionally heard some people talking, but it was minimal and didn’t bother us and overall it was very quiet although it is located at the center. The room itself was great : spacious, two very comfortable king-size beds, a sauna we all enjoyed, and lights that could be changed to soft purple and green ambient Iighting, creating a calming atmosphere after our busy days. 👍

The property has garden and city views, and is 500 metres from Pantheon. The guest house features family rooms. The staff are all super nice and helpful, the reception lady helped us check in early so that we can relax a while after 12h flight, that really makes our day. Breakfast is also perfect with great service. Room is larger than what i expected, everything is comfortable and we enjoyed every minute there. Also, the elevator. Some comments says it’s too old and less convenient, but I find it charming and fascinating to experience, like a movie scene:)

I can not find fault with Arch Room suites at all, all the staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. The place is soo clean. Breakfast is lovely. I would High recommended.🧡🧡

This property is built on 2 different hills for a coverage of 20 hectares. On the first hill, you can find a 24 hours reception, bar, a pool, Deluxe Rooms, a breakfast room and a restaurant. On the second hill, you can find a second pool, Superior and Classic Rooms and a parking. It was a beautiful location, amid nature, very serene. They had an excellent restaurant. One of the best meals of our trip!
